BioSET Allergy Elimination Technique was developed by Dr. Ellen Cutler, DC, MD. She developed this technique in response to her own lifetime struggle with food and environmental allergies. For the last 20 years she has continually refined the technique to produce better results for patients and address a wider range of health problems that are aggravated by allergic reactions.

Part 1: Allergen Desensitization

As part of the BioSET system, patients are tested for allergens using Applied Kinesiology (muscle testing) or electrodermal screening. The testing process involves a wide range of food, environmental allergens as well as vitamins, hormones, minerals and other nutritional components. Once the testing is completed a treatment plan is created to systematically desensitize the patient of the suspected allergens.

Part 2: Detoxification Therapy

Patients with allergies generally carry a high level of toxicity in their body. Oftentimes the detoxification protocol alone will greatly reduce what were thought to be allergic reactions.

Part 3: Enzyme Therapy

There are two main groups of enzymes in the body: those used for digestion and the others are proteolytic which are used throughout the body as part of regular cellular function. Patients with allergies frequently have food intolerances that digestive enzymes address and systemic weakness that proteolytic enzymes repair and address.

Part 4: Nutritional Recommendations

Along with detoxification and enzyme therapy, eating the right diet can make a huge difference for those with food intolerances. Patients that follow diet plans that eliminate problem foods experience fewer symptoms and have the greatest improvements in health.

Case Histories

Case History #1: A 5 year old girl with a history of eczema and respiratory problems received BioSET therapy for the relief of symptoms. She tested positive for sugar, minerals, Vitamin B, corn, dairy, wheat, eggs, chocolate, dust, pollens and ragweed. Treatment was administered over a 3 month period in the Spring and Summer of 2006. At a recent follow-up appointment her skin was clear and free of eczema and her sinuses were greatly improved.

Case History # 2: A 50 year old man who was highly allergic to cat hair and animal dander moved in with a roommate who had two long haired Persian cats. This patient also has a great fear of doctors and medical therapies. Generally, Dr. Rowe does not recommend treating patients for just one specific allergen as that sometimes the treatment can be ineffective, but in this case she made an exception. He was treated for this allergy in November of 2004 and has had no problem with cat hair or animal dander since.
Case History # 3: A 48 year old woman with a 10 year history of environmental allergies sought BioSET treatment in March of 2007. At the time, she had frequent sneezing, runny eyes and nose, and ongoing congestion. She was using perscription allergy medication as well as an inhaler for the times her symptoms were very bad. She tested positive for sugar, dust, pollens and trees. Since being cleared of these allergies her symptoms have disappeared and her sense of smell has returned.
